Our team used one of our small excavtors to completely dig out ginger that had taken hold around the base of multiple established trees. We then piled the ginger up and covered it with black tarps to compost it down. We do also offer to remove all garden waste from site.
The result is that now the mower can be taken right up to the base of the trees and with a little whipper snipping no weeds will be able to take hold again.
